La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cocoa Beach Oceanfront

The manager is Shayne Berry who trains his staff to be efficient, engaging, and helpful. Their knowledge about the hotel and the area is extremely helpful. Anna at the front desk helped us with traveling through the Cocoa Beach area restaurants and attractions. The onsite buffet breakfast was delicious and the food was healthy. This saved us so much time in the morning. This is our second year staying at the LaQuinta and it is once again a wonderful experience.

From the moment we checked in, our stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites was beyond expectations. The check in process was smooth and welcoming, and the hospitality we received throughout our stay truly stood out. Every interaction felt genuine, helpful, and warm, which makes such a difference when you’re traveling. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. It was clear the staff takes pride in what they do, and it shows in the overall experience. This is officially the hotel I’ll be choosing for all future trips down here. Highly recommend if you want comfort, consistency, and top tier hospitality

Online services were a snap, and the phone support from the hotel was just as easy. When my wife and I arrived, check‑in was quick and we headed straight to our room. Penthouse Suite 609 did not disappoint. The king‑size bed, the kitchenette, and the living room were all perfectly done. And then there’s the view. Being on the top floor, you can see for miles—people watching on the pier, boats moving in and out, and a huge patio that runs the full length of the room. With two patio doors, the natural light and fresh air are constant. I don’t usually comment on bathrooms, but this one deserves it. The walk‑in tile shower was massive and genuinely impressive. The kitchenette was well‑equipped for a budget hotel: small microwave, sink, dorm‑style refrigerator/freezer, and a single‑cup coffee maker. The pool was refreshing, and the pathway to the beach was clean and easy to access. The only thing missing—the one feature that would make this place truly amazing—would be an outdoor jacuzzi. It’s a budget hotel and lacks some higher‑end amenities, but overall, LaQuinta delivered a fantastic stay. Five stars.

La Quinta Cocoa Beach is a great place to stay. The location is right on the beach. We had a beach front room and it was great to sit on the balcony and watch the waves. We also watched a rocket launch at night, right on the beach and steps from the hotel. Every member of the staff were friendly. The manager is terrific and gave us good recommendations for dinner and excursions. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has enough options to make everyone happy.

This was a delightful find. I was looking for a hotel on the beach after attending a trade show in Orlando. The location is excellent. The property is well maintained, and the staff are all polite and professional, Especially Ana at the front desk. She got me a high floor with a balcony and ocean view, which was great for watching the sun come up in the morning. The hotel is walking distance to many local eateries. The beaches are clean and the surf is calm. The weather was cooler than normal because of the big winter storms that were going through at the time, but I was still able to lay out and get some sun for a day, which was a welcome rest for this northerner. if I get a chance to return to Cocoa Beach again, this will be my first choice.

We were in Cocoa Beach for a weekend before boarding a cruise. We walked in for a reservation after arriving at our VRBO, only to find out the host sold and we were were never notified. I don't remember the man's name at the desk, but he was very nice and advised what was available that we might enjoy. He also informed us about the breakfast buffet, which we were unaware of and very happy to find out about. We chose a balcony with pool/ocean view and it was perfect!! And so much better than the VRBO we were supposed to have. The room was updated and very clean, and beds super comfy. The balcony is a great size. The breakfast buffet was perfect with hot/cold choices. And, you can't beat the location. When we are in the area again for a cruise, we will book here without hesitation!

From walking in the front doors of the building I knew I made a great choice booking here. Check in was so smooth and Shane showed the utmost care and respect and answered any questions and gave suggestions on places to eat , ride share services to get to the port for the cruise and all the information on the hotel. Such a great experience, the rooms were clean and the views were great! Martha at the bar was an absolute pleasure and so fun to talk to. The staff at this hotel show they care and that’s exactly why I WILL be back and recommending this hotel for all future Cocoa Beach trips !!!!

We enjoyed our stay here after a cruise. It was a short drive from the port and we were able to walk to cocoa beach pier for lunch. The beach is also a short walk. The staff was amazing as I accidentally booked the wrong day but Gage was so friendly and helpful in fixing my mistake. They held our luggage for us before check in time while we walked to beach and ate lunch. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was really good. We would definitely stay here again.
